By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Section 2: About She Said Go, LLC — Agency Relationship

Who We Are. She Said Go, LLC is an independent travel advisory business co-founded by Anna McAllister Blanco and Jessica Pinkham. Our advisors are passionate about helping clients navigate the world with ease, creating personalized travel experiences tailored to each traveler's unique preferences and budget.

Our Relationship with Fora Travel. We operate as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, LLC ("Fora"), a licensed host travel agency. Fora acts as a sales agent for hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, cruise lines, and other travel service providers (collectively, "Suppliers") named in your itinerary or booking confirmation. We facilitate bookings through Fora's platform on your behalf.

We Are Not the Supplier. She Said Go, LLC is not the source or direct provider of the travel services you purchase. We act solely as an intermediary between you and the Suppliers who provide those services. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Supplier, or for a Supplier's failure to adhere to its own schedules, deliver services as described, issue refunds, or honor future travel credits. We have no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of any Supplier and accept no liability for recommending a trip credit in lieu of a refund.

Supplier Terms. When you book travel through us, you will also be bound by the terms and conditions of the relevant Supplier(s). We encourage you to review all Supplier terms carefully before confirming your booking. Supplier terms may include additional cancellation policies, liability limitations, and other conditions that are independent of this Agreement.

Errors and Omissions Insurance. She Said Go, LLC operates under the Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance policy maintained by Fora Travel, LLC. This coverage applies to claims brought against Fora in the United States. She Said Go, LLC does not maintain a separate standalone E&O insurance policy.

Seller of Travel Disclosure. She Said Go, LLC conducts travel advisory services through Fora Travel, LLC, a registered Seller of Travel in California (Reg. No. 2151995-50), Florida (Reg. No. ST43973) and Washington (Reg. No. 605329242).

Commission Disclosure. She Said Go, LLC and its advisors may receive commissions, referral fees, or other compensation from hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and other travel Suppliers when we book travel on your behalf. This compensation is paid by the Supplier and does not result in any additional charge to you. In some cases, we may also earn compensation through affiliate links or partnerships on our Site. Where affiliate relationships exist, we will identify them clearly. Our recommendations are made in good faith and based on our professional judgment, regardless of any commission or affiliate relationship.

Section 3: Planning Services & Fees

We offer the following travel planning services. All fees are per group (not per person) unless otherwise noted, and are current as of the Effective Date and/or Last Updated date of this Agreement. Fees are subject to change; the applicable fee will always be confirmed to you in writing prior to commencement of services.

The Full Concierge Package. Our most comprehensive service. We handle every detail of your journey from start to finish, including planning, booking, and managing all aspects of your trip. This service is designed for travelers who want a seamless, fully managed experience. Current fee and availability will be confirmed in writing at the time of inquiry.

The Itinerary Package. We craft a personalized itinerary with recommendations and travel logistics. You retain the freedom to book your own travel arrangements using our expert guidance. Current fee and availability will be confirmed in writing at the time of inquiry.

Hotel Bookings. We leverage our preferred partner relationships to book your hotel accommodations and secure perks and upgrades on your behalf, including room upgrades, early check-in/late check-out, hotel credits, complimentary breakfast, and welcome amenities where available. We are compensated directly by the hotel via commission at no cost to you. You pay the same rate you would booking directly.

The Hotel Lookbook. We curate a selection of handpicked hotel options for each leg of your trip. Once you make your selection, we handle the booking and secure available perks. Fee is per trip, not per city. Current fee and availability will be confirmed in writing at the time of inquiry.

Personalized Google Map. A custom, downloadable Google Map highlighting vetted dining, entertainment, and points of interest based on your preferences and dietary restrictions. Current fee will be confirmed in writing at the time of inquiry.

Non-Refundable Planning Fees. All planning fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work is deemed to have commenced upon your receipt of a booking confirmation or written acknowledgment from us that your project is underway. If you cancel your trip after work has commenced, planning fees will not be refunded regardless of the reason for cancellation.

What's Not Included. Unless expressly stated in your confirmed itinerary, our planning fees do not cover: airfare, airport transfers, travel insurance, visas, passport fees, vaccinations or medical expenses, gratuities, excess baggage fees, personal expenses, meals not specified in your itinerary, optional activities, or any items of a personal nature.

Section 4: Booking Process & Payment

How Bookings Work. All booking inquiries begin with a consultation or contact submission through our Site. A booking is not confirmed until you have received a written booking confirmation from us and any applicable planning fee or deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline any booking inquiry at our sole discretion.

Payment of Planning Fees. Planning fees are due in full at the time of booking confirmation, unless a separate payment schedule has been agreed to in writing. Payments are processed through Stripe and/or Venmo Business. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the agreed fee to your chosen payment method. We reserve the right to change its payment processor at any time without notice to you, provided that such change does not affect the security or handling of your payment information.

Travel Supplier Payments. Payments to Suppliers (hotels, tour operators, airlines, etc.) are processed separately and in accordance with each Supplier's own payment terms. We may facilitate these payments on your behalf through Fora's platform. You are responsible for ensuring that all Supplier payment deadlines are met.

Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided to us — including names, dates of birth, passport details, and contact information — is accurate and exactly matches your travel documents. Errors in traveler information may result in denied boarding, rebooking fees, or other costs, all of which are your sole responsibility. Please notify us immediately of any inaccuracies.

Price Accuracy. We make every effort to ensure that pricing information presented to you is accurate at the time of quotation. However, Supplier prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you promptly of any material change before confirming your booking.

Price Adjustments. In rare circumstances, confirmed bookings may be subject to price adjustments due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to: currency exchange rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government-imposed taxes or fees, or Supplier price changes. We will notify you in writing of any such adjustment and provide you the option to accept the revised pricing or cancel without penalty to the extent permitted by Supplier terms.

No Price Drop Guarantee. We do not guarantee the lowest available price for any travel service booked on your behalf. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment made, We are not obligated to rebook, reissue, or refund any difference in the event that the price of a booked service subsequently decreases. Where a booking has been made on a non-refundable basis, the terms of the applicable Supplier govern entirely and we have no ability to modify, cancel, or transfer such bookings without incurring the Supplier's cancellation penalties, which shall be borne solely by you. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant price drops on refundable bookings where we become aware of them, but accepts no obligation to monitor pricing after a booking is confirmed.

Section 5: Group Trip Terms

This Section applies specifically to She Said Go, LLC group trip packages and any group travel experiences we organize ("Group Trips"). In the event of any conflict between this Section and the General Terms above, this Section shall control with respect to Group Trips.

Nature of Group Trips. She Said Go, LLC organizes Group Trips as curated travel experiences for multiple participants traveling together under a shared itinerary. By registering for a Group Trip, you agree to all terms in this Section in addition to the remainder of this Agreement.

Registration & Deposit. Your spot on a Group Trip is not confirmed until:

  1. You have completed the Group Trip registration form;

  2. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit has been received by us; and

  3. You have received a written booking confirmation from us.

The deposit amount will be specified on the applicable Group Trip registration page. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal emergencies, illness, changes in employment, family circumstances, or any other reason. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of deposit to protect against unforeseen cancellation.

Payment Schedule. Full payment of your Group Trip balance is due according to the payment schedule specified on your Group Trip registration page. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of your spot and all monies paid to date. We reserve the right to offer forfeited spots to waitlisted participants.

Group Trip Cancellation by Participant. If you need to cancel your participation in a Group Trip, you must notify us in writing at shesaidgotravel@gmail.com. Our planning fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as set out in Section 3 of this Agreement. The following cancellation schedule applies solely to Supplier costs recoverable by us on your behalf. Individual Supplier cancellation policies may be more restrictive than the tiers below and will govern independently with respect to any non-recoverable Supplier costs. Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • 90 days or more before departure: Deposit is forfeited; remaining balance payments made to date are refundable at 50%, less any non-recoverable Supplier costs already incurred on your behalf.

  • 31–89 days before departure: Deposit is forfeited; 25% of total trip cost (excluding deposit) is refundable, less any non-recoverable Supplier costs already incurred.

  • 30 days or fewer before departure: No refund. 100% of all monies paid are forfeited.

We will make reasonable efforts to recover funds from Suppliers on your behalf but cannot guarantee any recovery and accept no liability for any amounts retained by Suppliers pursuant to their own cancellation policies. Only amounts actually returned to us by Suppliers will be eligible for refund under the schedule above. We shall not be required to advance, substitute, or otherwise fund any Supplier payment or refund from our own resources.

For the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation tiers above apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal emergencies, illness, injury, family circumstances, employment changes, or any other event affecting the participant personally. Events affecting a participant personally — including personal medical emergencies or other circumstances beyond the participant's control — do not entitle the participant to a refund outside these tiers. Comprehensive travel insurance, including cancel-for-any-reason coverage, is the appropriate and intended financial protection for such circumstances. We have no obligation to compensate any participant for uninsured personal losses of any kind arising from cancellation.

Supplier Cancellation Terms. Individual Suppliers — including hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and venues — maintain their own cancellation and refund policies that are independent of our cancellation tiers above. Supplier cancellation policies will be disclosed to you in your booking confirmation materials at the time each Supplier reservation is made. Some Supplier bookings may be fully non-refundable from the point of confirmation, regardless of how far in advance you cancel. We accept no liability for non-recoverable Supplier costs and we strongly recommend that you review all Supplier cancellation terms carefully upon receipt of your booking confirmation. Travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage is your primary financial protection against non-recoverable Supplier costs in the event of cancellation.

No Refund for Unused Services. No refunds will be made for any unused portion of a Group Trip, including but not limited to missed meals, activities, accommodation nights, or excursions resulting from late arrival, early departure, illness, or personal choice.

Spot Transfers. If you are unable to attend a confirmed Group Trip, you may request to transfer your spot to another eligible individual, subject to the following conditions:

  • The request must be submitted in writing no fewer than 30 days before departure;

  • The proposed transferee must complete registration and agree to this Agreement in full;

  • An administrative transfer fee of $150.00 applies; and

  • We reserve the right to decline any transfer request at its sole discretion.

Group Trip Cancellation or Modification by She Said Go, LLC. We reserve the right to cancel or materially modify a Group Trip at any time due to circumstances including but not limited to: insufficient enrollment to make the trip commercially viable, force majeure events (as defined in Section 7), safety concerns, Supplier failures, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

In the event of cancellation by us, we will provide participants with as much advance notice as reasonably possible and will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • A full refund of all monies paid directly to and currently held by She Said Go, LLC (excluding any amounts already disbursed to Suppliers that are non-recoverable under Supplier terms);

  • A credit toward a future She Said Go, LLC Group Trip in an amount equal to the funds actually held by us at the time of cancellation; or

  • An alternative trip of comparable value, subject to your acceptance and subject to the same financial ceiling.

In all cases, our maximum financial obligation to any participant in the event of an initiated cancellation by us is strictly limited to funds actually held by us at the time of cancellation and not yet disbursed to Suppliers. We shall have no obligation to refund, credit, reimburse, or otherwise compensate any participant for amounts paid to and retained by Suppliers pursuant to Supplier cancellation policies, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Any gap between the total amount a participant paid and the amount recovered from Suppliers is the sole financial responsibility of the participant and is not our obligation. Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including cancel-for-any-reason coverage, to protect against such losses. We are not responsible for any ancillary costs participants may have incurred in connection with the trip, including but not limited to airfare, travel insurance premiums, visa fees, or other non-recoverable personal expenses.

Itinerary Changes. Published Group Trip itineraries are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify itinerary details — including accommodation, activities, venues, and scheduling — due to weather, Supplier availability, force majeure, safety considerations, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. We will make every reasonable effort to substitute elements of comparable quality and value.

Third-Party Partners & Co-Organizers. She Said Go, LLC may partner with third-party organizations, communities, creative groups, or other entities ("Co-Organizers") in the planning, promotion, or execution of a Group Trip. Co-Organizers may contribute to trip curation, participant recruitment, on-the-ground programming, or other aspects of the Group Trip experience. By registering for a Group Trip, you acknowledge that Co-Organizers may be involved in your trip experience and you agree that the release of liability, indemnification, and limitation of liability provisions in Sections 8 and 9 of this Agreement extend to and cover all Co-Organizers, their members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents, to the same extent those provisions apply to us. Co-Organizers are not Suppliers as defined in Section 2 of this Agreement and are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Suppliers. The specific Co-Organizer(s) involved in any Group Trip will be identified in the applicable trip registration materials.

Maximum Participant Capacity. Each Group Trip may be subject to a maximum number of participants as determined by us and applicable Supplier constraints. Group Trip registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once capacity is reached, additional registrants will be placed on a waitlist. We reserve the right to adjust trip capacity at its sole discretion.

Travel Insurance Recommendation. We strongly recommend that all Group Trip participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. While travel insurance is not a mandatory condition of registration, participants who choose to travel without insurance do so entirely at their own risk. We accept no responsibility for losses, costs, or expenses that would have been covered by a travel insurance policy had one been obtained. At minimum, we recommend your policy cover: trip cancellation and interruption; emergency medical treatment and hospitalization; medical evacuation and repatriation; loss, theft, or damage to baggage and personal effects; and travel delay and missed connections. We strongly recommend purchasing coverage at the time of your deposit payment in order to maximize policy benefits.

Participant Conduct. All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, lawful, and considerate manner throughout the Group Trip. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a Group Trip at any time if, in our sole judgment, their conduct is causing or is likely to cause distress, danger, or disruption to other participants, Suppliers, or third parties. No refund will be issued in the event of removal for conduct-related reasons. Participants may be held liable for any damages or costs arising from their conduct.

Health, Fitness & Medical Disclosure. By registering for a Group Trip, you warrant that you are in reasonably good health and physically capable of participating in the trip activities as described. You agree to disclose any medical condition, disability, dietary requirement, or physical limitation that may affect your participation or require special accommodation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed needs, but cannot guarantee that all requests can be met. We reserve the right to exclude any participant whose medical condition or fitness level, in our reasonable judgment, poses a risk to themselves or other participants.

Photo & Video Consent. By participating in a Group Trip, you consent to being photographed and filmed during trip activities. You grant She Said Go, LLC a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use your likeness in photographs and video footage for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must notify us in writing prior to the trip departure date.

Emergency Authorization. In the event of a medical emergency during a Group Trip, you authorize She Said Go, LLC and any applicable Supplier to arrange emergency medical treatment and hospitalization on your behalf if you are unable to provide consent yourself. You agree to bear all costs associated with emergency medical care. She Said Go, LLC assumes no financial responsibility for emergency medical expenses and shall not be required to advance, guarantee, or reimburse any costs associated with emergency medical treatment, evacuation, or hospitalization. All such costs are the sole financial responsibility of the participant.

Passports, Visas & Travel Documents. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all travel documents — including passports, visas, and any required travel authorizations — are valid, current, and compliant with the entry requirements of all destinations on your itinerary. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your scheduled return date. We accept no responsibility for denied boarding, entry refusal, or any other consequence arising from your failure to obtain or maintain required travel documentation.

Section 6: Digital Products

Scope. We offer downloadable digital products through our online shop, including travel guides and related materials ("Digital Products"). These products are delivered as PDF files following purchase.

Due to the digital nature of these products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been completed and the download link has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from an incorrect email address, spam or junk mail filters, or technical issues on your end. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us at shesaidgotravel@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will make reasonable efforts to resend your download link.

Personal Use Only. Digital Products are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Digital Product — in whole or in part — without the prior written consent of She Said Go, LLC. All intellectual property rights in Digital Products remain exclusively with She Said Go, LLC.

No Warranty. Digital Products are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and quality, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any Digital Product. Travel information is subject to change; always verify details independently before travel.

Pricing & Availability. Digital Product prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any Digital Product at any time.

Section 7: Force Majeure & Itinerary Changes

Force Majeure. She Said Go, LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event"). Force Majeure Events include, without limitation: acts of God; natural disasters (including hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, wildfires, and severe weather); epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies; acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or political instability; government actions, travel advisories, border closures, or quarantine requirements; strikes or labor disputes; Supplier insolvency or operational failure; power outages or telecommunications failures; or any other event that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented.

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you as promptly as possible and to minimize disruption to your travel arrangements. We will work with Suppliers on your behalf to recover funds where possible, but our liability is limited to amounts actually recovered from Suppliers and returned to us. We shall have no obligation to refund, credit, reimburse, or otherwise compensate any client for amounts paid to and retained by Suppliers pursuant to Supplier cancellation or force majeure policies, regardless of the nature of the Force Majeure Event. Any gap between the total amount a client paid and the amount recovered from Suppliers is the sole financial responsibility of the client and is not an obligation of She Said Go, LLC. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance — including cancel-for-any-reason coverage — to protect against losses arising from Force Majeure Events.

Itinerary Non-Guarantee. All itineraries provided by us — whether for individual or group travel — represent our best planning effort based on information available at the time of preparation. Itineraries are not contractual guarantees. Factors including but not limited to weather, transportation delays, Supplier schedule changes, local conditions, and Force Majeure Events may require modifications before or during travel. We accept no liability for additional costs, losses, or inconveniences arising from necessary itinerary modifications.

Section 8: Acknowledgement of Risk & Release of Liability

Assumption of Risk. Travel involves inherent risks that cannot be fully eliminated. By engaging She Said Go, LLC's Services or participating in any Group Trip, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, including but not limited to: personal injury, illness, or death; property loss or damage; travel delays and cancellations; exposure to infectious disease; acts of third parties; civil unrest, crime, or terrorism; natural disasters; accidents involving transportation, accommodation, or recreational activities; and the negligence of Suppliers or other third parties.

Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless She Said Go, LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of our Services; (b) your participation in any Group Trip; (c) the acts or omissions of any Supplier; (d) any Force Majeure Event; or (e) any risk described in this Section.

This release applies to claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties, to the extent permitted by law. It does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud. Nothing in this release shall be construed to waive any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection statutes, including but not limited to the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq.) or the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act (T.C.A. § 47-18-101 et seq.), which rights cannot be waived by contract.

Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of this Agreement; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your misrepresentation of any information provided to She Said Go, LLC; or (d) your conduct during any Group Trip or while using our Services.

Section 9: Limitation of Liability

Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, She Said Go, LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or our Services — regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you directly to She Said Go, LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim. For the avoidance of doubt, this cap does not include amounts paid directly to Suppliers. Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to limit any remedy available to you under applicable consumer protection statutes, including but not limited to the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq.) or the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act (T.C.A. § 47-18-101 et seq.), to the extent such remedies cannot be limited by contract.

Exclusion of Consequential Damages. In no event shall She Said Go, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, loss of vacation time, emotional distress, lost profits, or loss of opportunity — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Supplier Liability. She Said Go, LLC is not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Supplier, or for any personal injury, property damage, death, delay, or other loss or expense resulting from Supplier conduct. Your recourse for Supplier failures lies directly with the Supplier and, where applicable, your travel insurance provider.

State Law Variations. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or warranties. If any limitation or exclusion in this Section is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that limitation or exclusion shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Nothing in this Section shall be construed to limit or exclude any remedy available to you under applicable consumer protection statutes, including but not limited to the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq.) or the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act (T.C.A. § 47-18-101 et seq.), to the extent such remedies cannot be waived or limited by contract.

Section 10: Travel Insurance & Participant Responsibilities

Travel Insurance. We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. While travel insurance is not a mandatory condition of booking, clients who choose to travel without insurance do so entirely at their own risk. We are not responsible for losses, costs, or expenses that would have been covered by a travel insurance policy had one been obtained, and has no obligation to compensate any client for uninsured losses of any kind arising from trip disruption, cancellation, Supplier failure, Force Majeure Events, medical emergencies, or any other circumstance. The absence of travel insurance does not create any additional financial obligation on the part of She Said Go, LLC. Your policy should at minimum cover: trip cancellation and interruption; emergency medical treatment and hospitalization; medical evacuation and repatriation to your home country; loss, theft, or damage to baggage and personal effects; travel delay and missed connections; and Supplier default or insolvency. She Said Go, LLC does not sell travel insurance directly. We recommend obtaining coverage at the time of your first payment or deposit in order to maximize your policy benefits.

Travel Documents. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all travelers in your booking possess valid, current travel documents appropriate for all destinations on your itinerary, including but not limited to: passports (valid for at least six months beyond your scheduled return date); visas and entry authorizations; any required health certificates or vaccination records; and government-issued identification. We provide general guidance on documentation requirements as a courtesy only and accepts no responsibility for denied boarding, entry refusal, deportation, or other consequences arising from incomplete or invalid documentation. Requirements may change between booking and departure; always verify with the relevant embassy, consulate, or official government source.

Health Responsibilities. You are responsible for consulting your physician or a travel medicine specialist regarding any health precautions, vaccinations, or medications appropriate for your destination(s). We make no representations regarding health or safety conditions at any travel destination and is not responsible for health-related losses or expenses incurred during travel.

Personal Conduct & Compliance. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs of the destinations you visit. You are responsible for your own conduct and for any costs, damages, or consequences resulting from your actions or the actions of members of your traveling party.
