To provide our Services: Processing booking inquiries, creating and managing itineraries, facilitating reservations with Suppliers, and delivering Digital Products
To communicate with you: Responding to inquiries, sending booking confirmations, pre-trip information, and service updates
To process payments: Charging planning fees and facilitating Supplier payments on your behalf
To personalize your experience: Tailoring recommendations and services to your stated preferences and travel history with us
To comply with legal obligations: Meeting applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, including Supplier and host agency requirements
To protect our business and clients: Detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, security incidents, or misuse of our Services
For marketing purposes: Sending newsletters, promotional content, and travel inspiration to clients who have opted in to receive such communications. You may opt out at any time (see Section 9)
For social media and promotional content: Using photographs and video from Group Trips in accordance with the consent provisions in our Terms & Conditions
To improve our Services: Analyzing usage patterns and feedback to enhance our Site and offerings
We will not use your personal information for purposes materially different from those described above without your prior consent or as required by law.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
With Fora Travel, LLC. As our host travel agency, Fora receives information necessary to process bookings, track commissions, and administer our advisory services on our platform. Fora's own privacy practices govern their use of your data.
With Travel Suppliers. We share the personal information necessary to complete your bookings with hotels, tour operators, airlines, cruise lines, and other Suppliers named in your itinerary. Supplier use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
With Payment Processors. Payment information is shared with our third-party payment processors — currently Stripe and/or Venmo Business — solely for the purpose of processing transactions. We do not store full payment card details on our systems. We reserve the right to change its payment processor at any time, provided that such change does not affect the security or handling of your payment information.
With Service Providers. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Site and delivering our Services, including website hosting, email marketing, and analytics providers. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and to maintain appropriate security standards.
For Legal Compliance. We may disclose your information to comply with applicable law, respond to legal process (including subpoenas or court orders), enforce our Terms & Conditions, or protect the rights, property, or safety of She Said Go, LLC, our clients, or others.
In Connection with a Business Transfer. If She Said Go, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via email or a prominent notice on our Site.

Booking and travel records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with applicable legal, tax, and contractual obligations

Payment records are retained in accordance with our payment processors' requirements and applicable tax law, generally 7 years
Inactive client records may be deleted or anonymized after 3 years of inactivity
6. Data Security

These measures include encrypted data transmission, access controls, and secure payment processing through reputable third-party processors.

Group Trip photographs and video content are used in accordance with the consent provisions in our Terms & Conditions
